Please check in the item's description if it is PREORDER. In-stock items take 3-7 days to deliver. PREORDER items take 2-4 weeks to deliver. Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. Our team provides tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched and will monitor the delivery process. Please contact Customer Care right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your address however, if it’s too late you will need to get in touch with your shipping services to redirect your parcel.

If your order has not been dispatched our Customer Care team can cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

We offer worldwide shipping to the countries mentioned above. Due to COVID-19 closing down international borders from receiving shipments, there has been some countries we are not able to send to. Our apologies for the inconvenience and delays this can cause.

You can find the tracking number for your package in the shipping email notification that was sent to you 2-7 business days after ordering your items.  An order email notification is sent first then shipping notification email will follow few days after.  Your items are sometimes shipped separately so you may find receiving multiple shipping notification email from us.  If you have any problems or questions about your tracking number, feel free to contact us

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be refunded. All refunding decisions will be made based of USPS claims. If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it is being resent to us after delivery attempt failed, we will give you a 100% refund. If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it was DELIVERED, please contact your local post office, show them your tracking number, and they should help you locate it if they sent it to the wrong address or it was stolen. We currently only offer returns if the item you ordered arrived damaged because of the shipping process, came the wrong color or size. We don't offer returns for sizing issues since we provide sizing guides for all of our items and we state that before ordering you should choose your size according to the sizing guide.
