Shipping policy
Please note, shipping service has been affected by Covid-19 outbreak and delivery may take longer than usual. Our team will make sure to keep you updated and provide information should anything change.
Please check in the item's description if it is PREORDER.
In-stock items take 3-7 days to deliver to all destinations.
PREORDER items take 2-4 weeks to deliver.
Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation.
Our team provides tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched and will monitor the delivery process.
Most of our pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis. Every individual gown, dress and separate is handcrafted especially for you, for that reason we require longer shipping time.

Partial Shipping
FENITY FASHION chooses to ship items within your order separately, as they are readied. We will partially ship items from your order that are fully processed and ready to be shipped. This is so you will not have to wait for your entire order to be ready, before receiving any of your items.
Lost Packages
Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be refunded.
***All refunding decisions will be made based of USPS claims.
*If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it is being resent to us after delivery attempt failed, we will give you a 100% refund.
*If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it was DELIVERED, please contact your local post office, show them your tracking number, and they should help you locate it if they sent it to the wrong address or it was stolen. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON ORDERS THAT USPS STATES ARE DELIVERED.

FENITY is not responsible for extended shipping times and we are not obligated to refund if shipping takes longer than our normal 3-5 week time frame.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their orders. If the incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible to refund your purchase or replace the goods.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE
FENITY FASHION: is not responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee. You may be charged custom fees for something purchased online. For more information please contact your local customs office. If the customer refuses to pay customs, he/she will be charged for delivery for both ways.
***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund
