  1. How long are shipping times?

Please check in the item's description if it is PREORDER.

In-stock items take 3-7 days to deliver.

PREORDER items take 2-4 weeks to deliver.

Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation.

Our team provides tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched and will monitor the delivery process.

  1. What's your refund policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Please understand that your refund request is not valid if the item you bought does not fit you, we offer sizing guides/tables in all of our items and always suggest that you chose your size based on them. 

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final and we can't cancel orders.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color or defective -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.  

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. 

    6. WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

 

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

  1. Where do you ship?

We proudly ship worldwide. No minimum order. There are only a few countries we currently can not ship to due to Covid-19.

We offer worldwide shipping to the countries mentioned above. Due to COVID-19 closing down international borders from receiving shipments, there has been some countries we are not able to send to. Our apologies for the inconvenience and delays this can cause. For more information on whether your country is accepting international shipments are not can be checked here.

 

  1. I can't see updates on my order?

It normally takes 5-10 business days for tracking logistics to show, do not worry! Just come back later and you should be seeing updates soon

 

  1. Where can I find my tracking number?

You can find the tracking number for your package in the shipping email notification that was sent to you 3-10 business days after ordering your items.  An order email notification is sent first then shipping notification email will follow few days after.  Your items are sometimes shipped separately so you may find receiving multiple shipping notification email from us.  If you have any problems or questions about your tracking number, feel free to contact us.
