Shipping & Orders

How long are shipping times?

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $9–$14 (4–7 business days)

  • U.S. Express Shipping: $22 (2-4 business days)

  • Worldwide Shipping: (approx. standard 2-3 weeks or 1 week with express, calculated at checkout)

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from our Customer Care team. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

About U.S. Express: Orders that are placed before noon Chicago time will be delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders that are placed after noon local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within another 2-4 business days after the order is fulfilled.

Complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $300.


I entered my shipping address wrong—what now?

Email our Customer Care team immediately.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address for you.

  • If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.


Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, yes—we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If it has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot cancel or make changes.

Reach out to Customer Care as soon as possible.


Can I change my order after placing it?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

  • Once it’s been dispatched, no changes can be made.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. You can view available countries at checkout or our Shipping Policy.


Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email (sent within 24 hours of dispatch).

  • First, you’ll get an order confirmation email.

  • Then, a shipping email with tracking details.
    If you don’t see it, check spam/junk or contact us.


What if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

  • If the courier marks your package as Delivered, we cannot issue a refund. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to help locate it.

  • If tracking shows the order was returned to us after failed delivery, we’ll issue a 100% refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • If your order never arrives and the courier confirms it was lost, refunds are processed based on postal claims.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or color must be requested within 14 days.

  • Customers cover exchange shipping costs.

Claims (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you received the wrong item or a defective piece go to Returns Center.


All prices and checkout are processed in USD. You can view estimated prices in your local currency by using our currency selector (top left on mobile or top right on desktop).

When you complete your purchase, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the total from USD to your local currency using their current exchange rate. The final amount charged in your currency will appear on your bank statement.
