Shipping & Orders
How long are shipping times?

U.S. Standard Shipping: $9–$18 (4–7 business days)

U.S. Express Shipping: $18 (2 business days)

Worldwide Shipping: $10–$60 (approx. 2 weeks, calculated at checkout)
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from our Customer Care team. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $200.
I entered my shipping address wrong—what now?
Email our Customer Care team immediately.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address for you.

If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.
Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, yes—we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If it has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot cancel or make changes.
Reach out to Customer Care as soon as possible.
Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

Once it’s been dispatched, no changes can be made.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. You can view available countries at checkout or our Shipping Policy.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email (sent within 24 hours of dispatch).

First, you’ll get an order confirmation email.

Then, a shipping email with tracking details.
If you don’t see it, check spam/junk or contact us.
What if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

If the courier marks your package as Delivered, we cannot issue a refund. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to help locate it.

If tracking shows the order was returned to us after failed delivery, we’ll issue a 100% refund (excluding shipping costs).

If your order never arrives and the courier confirms it was lost, refunds are processed based on postal claims.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your FENITY pieces, but if you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:
Returns

Must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, with safety tags attached, and in original packaging.

Worn, damaged, or altered items will be returned back to you.

Customers cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds exclude original shipping fees.

Exchanges for a different size or color must be requested within 14 days.

Claims (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If you received the wrong item or a defective piece:

Our team will send you return instructions.

Always keep proof of postage and tracking details.
Refunds

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.

Processing may take up to 10 business days after arrival.
