Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you love your FENITY pieces as much as we do. However, if something isn’t right, please read the information below before starting a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center.

  1. Enter your order number and email address

  2. Select the item(s) you want to return

  3. Follow the instructions and submit your request

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to ship your item back.

Please note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • What counts is when the return request is submitted, not when we reply.

  • Any items sent without an approved return request may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused

  • Safety tags must still be attached

  • Items must be in the original packaging

  • Items must not be damaged, soiled, or altered

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and not refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping directly to the postal service.

  • The initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage when sending your return.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or color, depending on availability.

To start an exchange, please submit a request through the Returns Center.

Once approved:

  • You will ship the original item back to us.

  • The new item will be shipped after we receive your return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are only available for regular-priced items.

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the return is received

Orders from Kosovo, Albania & North Macedonia

Due to regional logistics:

  • Returns are not available once the order is received.

  • Exchanges only are possible.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
