Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit ONLY for all orders placed on or after May 21st, 2026.
FENITY does not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or unwanted items. Refunds are only considered if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note:
- Only one return per item per customer is allowed
- Items may only be exchanged once
- Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for another exchange or store credit
- Original shipping fees, taxes and duties are not included in store credit
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items sent back without approval may be rejected
All returned items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- With all safety tags attached
- In original packaging, including the zip-lock bag
- Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, hair, odors, or signs of wear
- Not washed, altered, damaged, or soiled
Photos submitted for a return request must clearly show the item hanging or laid flat on a clean table. Photos taken on the floor or ground will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Items without safety tags attached and original scannable zip lock bag
- Items that show signs of wear
Exchanges
Size didn’t work out? You may request an exchange for a different size or color, depending on availability.
Exchanges are available only for:
- USA orders
- Kosovo, Albania & North Macedonia orders
We do not offer exchanges for international orders outside of the USA and Balkans. These orders are eligible for store credit only, if they meet the return conditions.
Please note:
- We cannot guarantee item availability at the time of exchange
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs
- Sale items cannot be exchanged
International Returns
International orders outside of the USA and Balkans may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Important notes:
- Select Store Credit when submitting your return
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Store credit will be issued minus original shipping fees
- Please include your order number inside the return package
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center.
You will need to:
- Enter your order number and the email used at checkout
- Select Exchange or Store Credit
- Follow the provided instructions
- Ship your item back to us in the US within 5 days of approval
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive either:
- Store credit in the email used for your order(works even if you don't have an account), or
- Confirmation for your exchange shipment
Processing Times
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is received.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. FENITY is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped or processed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped or processed, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may submit a return request after delivery.
Kosovo, Albania & North Macedonia Orders
Due to regional logistics, returns are not available once the order has been received.
Exchanges only are possible.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
