Orders within the US take 3-7 days to deliver.Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

You can find the tracking number for your package in the shipping email notification that was sent to you within 24 hours after ordering your items.  An order email notification is sent first then shipping notification email will follow after. If you have any problems or questions about your tracking number, feel free to contact us

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be refunded. All refunding decisions will be made based of USPS claims. If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it is being resent to us after delivery attempt failed, we will give you a 100% refund excluding the shipping cost paid. If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it was DELIVERED, please contact your local post office, show them your tracking number, and they should help you locate it if they sent it to the wrong address or it was stolen. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, exchange or claim please read the following before you proceed: Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND? We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
