Orders within the US take 3-7 days to deliver.Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. Our team provides tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched and will monitor the delivery process. Please contact Customer Care right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your address however, if it’s too late you will need to get in touch with your shipping services to redirect your parcel.
If your order has not been dispatched our Customer Care team can cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

You can find the tracking number for your package in the shipping email notification that was sent to you within 24 hours after ordering your items. An order email notification is sent first then shipping notification email will follow after. If you have any problems or questions about your tracking number, feel free to contact us
Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be refunded. All refunding decisions will be made based of USPS claims. If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it is being resent to us after delivery attempt failed, we will give you a 100% refund excluding the shipping cost paid. If your order was not delivered or lost and the latest tracking in USPS states that it was DELIVERED, please contact your local post office, show them your tracking number, and they should help you locate it if they sent it to the wrong address or it was stolen. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW We really hope that you love your FENITY items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, exchange or claim please read the following before you proceed: Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer. If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please read "How to make a claim" below. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN If you would like to make a return, please contact fenityreturns@gmail.com to proceed. Please note the following: We do not cover the return shipping cost* You will also only be refunded for your order and not the shipping cost. We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you. When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference. Please email us the proof of your tracking number. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please contact fenityreturns@gmail.com to proceed. Please note the following: We will not cover the shipping costs. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please please contact fenityreturns@gmail.com to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect in the email. When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further shipping instructions. Please note the following: When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND? We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
